Online conduct should be guided by common sense and basic etiquette. We reserve the right to remove content that does not meet our discussion standards. Magic Bullets.com does not assume any liability if such content is not removed, and makes the final determination about whether content is objectionable or not. In addition, Magic Bullets.com reserves the right to organize topical boards in order to best serve the majority of our visitors.

 Magic Bullets.com does not endorse or oppose opinions expressed by our visitors. Visitors who generate content in chat rooms and message boards, that do not meet our discussion standards shall be removed. Magic Bullets.com also reserves the right to edit or delete messages that violate applicable law, these guidelines, or that may be harmful to others. Determination of whether there has been a violation of these guidelines, and whether any action is warranted, is made by The Magic Bullets.com staff and moderators at its sole discretion. Serious or continuous offenses will result in removal of access.

That said, Magic Bullets.com does not have the practical ability to restrict conduct or communications that might violate our guidelines prior to transmission on the Internet, nor can they ensure prompt removal of offending message board posts.

 Magic Bullets.com reserves the right to make changes to these guidelines at anytime, and you agree to be bound by any such changes. Please check these guidelines periodically for any changes.

The Following Guidelines Apply:

Language: Mild expletives and non-sexual anatomical references are allowed, but profanity, strong vulgar language, crude, lewd or explicit sexual references, harassing communications and hate speech -- harsh personal insults and epithets directed against one's race, religion, ethnic origin, gender or sexual preference -- are not allowed even if disguised with asterisks or other text and characters. Message board posts that contain explicit, obscene or vulgar language or images and/or messages that condone illegal activity (ie. illicit drug use) will be removed without notice and accounts subject to deletion! Remember, posting to Magic Bullets.com is a privilege, not a right.

Images: We allow the posting of images in discussion boards, as long as the images are not crude, lewd or sexually explicit. We encourage you to share your outstanding personal results in your life by telling us about your latest deals, finds and experiences as a result of using what you have learned from Magic Bullets.com.

Personal attacks: "Personal attacks" are defined as comments that reflect upon the person instead of their opinion. You may challenge others' points of view and opinions, but do so respectfully and thoughtfully. Don't attack individuals. Personal attacks on individuals will not be excused and will be removed.

Identity: Real names must be provided upon registration. No impersonation of other participants, public figures or Magic Bullets Companies employees or contractors is permitted.

Disruptive behavior: Please stay on topic and restrict your comments to the subject at hand. Refrain from "spamming," or "flooding.. Do not post the same message more than once on a message board or on many boards. Duplicate messages can be frustrating for other members. Duplicate messages will be removed. Do not transmit or facilitate distribution of content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable.

Copyrighted material: Information copyrighted or owned by any individual or entity other than the person posting should not be posted on the message boards without the consent of the owner. If such an event occurs, the individual posting the information shall be held solely responsible. Magic Bullets.com shall not be held responsible for posted information that may violate copyright law.

Right to edit: By participating in Magic Bullets.com Community, the user hereby grants the Magic Bullets Companies the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any material made available by the user.

Additional Helpful Hints for Discussion Boards:

Use Good Judgment. NEVER rely on information or opinions exchanged via the messages.

Agree to Disagree. We invite and encourage a healthy exchange of opinions and disagreement about common topics. If you disagree with a person's post or opinion, by all means, challenge the opinion. "Flaming" and insults, however, will not be tolerated and will be removed. Agree to disagree.

Feel Free to Post, Chat or Simply View. If you're new to our community, taking the step for the first time to post publicly to a message board can sometimes seem intimidating. Don't be afraid to jump in a discussion. We have a very supportive community that offers a lot of support, encouragement and enthusiasm. You're welcome, of course, to simply hang out silently until you feel more comfortable posting a message or joining in a chat. When perusing message boards or attending a chat, it's OK to do so silently.

Welcome Newcomers. When newcomers arrive, say "Hello" and welcome them to our growing community. Help new folks "learn the ropes" about how to find information and resources, save time, and how to get around Magic Bullets.com.

Get Involved. We want to encourage you to read ALL of the messages in ALL of the boards that may interest you. Get involved in the discussions, start your own topics, and above all - have fun and get the support and information you need.
